Q. What products will be available to me (Canadian customer)?
A. www.batteriesareus.com offers over 700 product lines, most of which are available to your Canadian retail customers. Certain products such as Chemicals and Mobile Electronics do have restrictions.

Q. Will I have to worry about getting the product through Customs?
A. No. www.batteriesareus.com handles of all your Customs concerns, as well as all across border fees.

Q. How will I receive the orders?
A. Products are delivered each business day via Purolator Courier Ltd. Ground and Air services. Some restrictions do apply as not all services are available in all locations.

Q. When is my order cut-off time and when will I receive my orders?
A. Orders should be placed by 2:00 pm EST to allow enough time to deliver products to the Purolator Courier Ltd. facility the following morning. Your can expect to receive your orders within two business days for most locations in Canada. Restrictions do apply.

Q. Will I have to know what the daily exchange rate is?
A. No, all transactions are converted and handled in United States currency.

Q. What if I do not understand Canadian sales tax rates?
A. You won't have too. www.batteriesareus.com acts as your tax agent and calculates the correct taxes based on your retail price. 

Q. How will I know how much my order will be when calculating a Canadian order?
A. When calculating Canadian retail prices for you, please take into consideration Canadian tax rates, which can range from 7% to 17% depending on destination province. Our Customer Service department can calculate the order for you. 

You should also take into consideration the associated shipping costs (freight is also taxable).

Both taxes and shipping costs can be calculated by customer service prior to placing an order.

Q. Why is  phone number required during the checkout process?
A. Purolator Courier Ltd. reserves the right to refuse shipment that does not have an associated phone number.
